I don't know fi the fish are sardines or what, but they were tasty - I didn't much like the little bones... careful picking was in order. The bacon-looking stuff was actually a local type of ham.
I'll admit I haven't had much experience with squid, but ZOMG these were delicious.
The menu translated roughly to "fried milk" but it was kind of an egg custard deep fried. It had a vaguely french toast flavor and a very light soft tofu texture on the inside. DELICIOUS. --I should mention that I was so excited about this one I neglected to take the photo until after I'd tucked into it.
