Day 5

Medicine Hat, AB to Kamloops, BC

Prev -- Next

We chose to stay in Medicine Hat because we liked the name. As we entered Alberta, it was still mostly flat and farmy, but the Canadian Rockies just kind of appeared on the horizon as we drove and oh yeah, the last couple of days of flat farmland was soon forgotten.

  • The river water has such a beautiful color to it. Not sure what it's from, but it's not just reflection of the sky... We were thinking it was copper, but I've no way to know fior sure.
